Data controller

Francesco Leone (Leone Software) — VAT no. IT02450430687 — Email: info@leone-software.com

Scope

This policy covers the leone-software.com website. Products linked from the site (e.g. app.leone-software.com, dj.leone-software.com) have their own privacy policy, available within each product.

Data we collect

  • Contact form: name (optional), email address and the content of your message.
  • Technical browsing data: IP address and browser data processed by our hosting servers for security and to run the site.
  • Statistics: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or identify individual visitors.

Purposes and legal basis

  • Replying to requests sent through the contact form — pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • Site security and aggregate statistics — our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Cookies and local storage

The site does not use profiling or third-party cookies. We only store your theme preference (light/dark) in your browser's local storage: this is a technical tool that does not require consent.

Recipients and providers

Data is processed by providers acting as data processors: Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting, network and statistics) and Resend (delivery of emails generated by the contact form). Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, relying on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or other safeguards provided by the GDPR. Data is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing.

Retention

Messages received through the contact form are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting relationship, and in any case no longer than 24 months after the last contact, unless the law requires otherwise.

Your rights

Under Articles 15-22 GDPR you may request access to, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing, by writing to info@leone-software.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it) or your local supervisory authority.

Changes

Any changes to this policy will be published on this page together with the date of the update.
